We’ve made un-levered investments to ensure consistent cash flow and minimize risk, and when we do use leverage, we maintain a conservative loan-to-value ratio. Additionally, all leveraged investments are backed by fixed-rate financing, providing predictability and safeguarding against interest rate volatility.
